Great Service

good customer service but the pricing is not competitive

I bought a pair of lounge chairs and a few days later I found the exactly same chairs on Overstocks for $300 less even after the 20% discount promotion from One Kings Lane. I sent a complaint to the customer service. I received a response from Andrea right away. Andrea helped to get the difference refunded. I really appreciate the efforts One Kings Lane customer service made.

Order status not providing clear update

I was looking for an update on my delivery status as it seemed to just be moving out one day at a time every single day. Victor was able to track down the tracking number and delivery company's name, while also clarifying when I should expect to hear from them. It would be nice, however, if this was updated directly in the order status information instead of putting the onus on the customer to follow-up.

Wrong Item Shipped

I placed an order for a 29x18 Brennan Blotter placemat and received a different item. The one shipped to me was smaller. I called to claim the wrong product was sent and was told the one I originally ordered was not in stock. They offered to refund my money, but I was charged a restocking fee. They claimed I had ordered the product I received but yet they admitted not having the one I wanted in stock. Do not buy from this company. They misrepresent their products and have the worst customer service.

Wanted to order a lamp from One Kings…

Wanted to order a lamp from One Kings Lane but the wattage info was missing from the online description. I contacted Customer Service via email and was ably assisted by Rodrigo. He had to contact the manufacturer to get the info, which took a few days, but he kept me updated on his efforts and ultimately got an answer for me. Best service experience I have had in quite some time.

Do not buy!

Do not buy! "Our entryway service will deliver the packaged item to the first room of your address" Without any other explanation, for an apartment complex, this means the loading dock. Support told me to kick rocks. My ADDRESS is my APARTMENT.
